Petunia Waterfall

This wedding cake can be any flavour cake inside and you have the option of choosing a middle layer filling for any tier.  The cake can be made with 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 tiers and it makes a beautiful centerpiece to your table.  The petunias are made of royal icing and they are edible except for the stamens.  Typically, royal icing ornaments will last your lifetime and are usually saved.  The top tier is generally frozen and eaten by the bride and groom for their first wedding anniversary.
