Wedding Passion

This wedding cake can be any flavour cake inside and you have the option of choosing a middle layer filling for any tier.  The cake can be made with 1, 2, 3 or 4 tiers and it makes a beautiful centerpiece to your table.  The roses are made of fondant or gum paste and they are edible.  Typically, gum paste ornaments will last your lifetime and are usually saved.  The top tier is generally frozen and eaten by the bride and groom for their first wedding anniversary.
