This wedding cake can be any flavour cake inside and you have the option of choosing a middle layer filling for each tier.  This wedding cake makes a beautiful centerpiece to your table.  The roses are made of fondant and gumpaste and they are edible.  The top tier is generally frozen and eaten by the bride and groom for their first wedding anniversary.
