This wedding cake can be any flavour cake inside and you have the option of choosing a middle layer filling for any tier.  The cake can be made with 1, 2, 3 or 4 tiers and it makes a beautiful centerpiece to your table.  The top tier is generally frozen and eaten by the bride and groom for their first wedding anniversary.
